Clinical Manager – Behavioral Health

Are you a licensed behavioral health professional looking to step into a meaningful leadership role? Our client is hiring a Clinical Manager to support clinical teams, strengthen service delivery, and elevate patient care within a community-focused behavioral health setting.
What You’ll Do
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff
Review assessments and support treatment planning
Lead trainings and ongoing staff development
Support program quality, fidelity, and compliance
Lead weekly staffings and assist with on-call clinical consultation
Requirements
Master’s degree in a behavioral health–related field
Active AZ associate or independent license (LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, LASAC, LISAC)
Behavioral health or crisis experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership capabilities
Ability to train, mentor, and support multidisciplinary teams
