What You’ll Lead
- Deliver clinical supervision to licensed and non-licensed staff in alignment with Arizona Administrative Code and professional practice guidelines.
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing clinical training; collaborate with leadership to enhance curriculum and competency development.
- Champion evidence-based practices, conduct fidelity reviews, and ensure consistent, high-quality client care across all programs.
- Provide real-time clinical consultation during business hours and on assigned on-call rotations.
- Lead weekly clinical staffings, oversee case reviews, and support teams navigating complex clinical scenarios.
- Partner with operational leaders to strengthen crisis services, integrated care pathways, and specialty programming.
- Maintain documentation standards and ensure full compliance with state, federal, and contractual requirements.
- Cultivate community partnerships with SMI providers, justice system partners, and healthcare collaborators.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline required.
- Arizona independent or associate licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LISAC, Psychologist).
- Prior crisis experience and clinical supervisory background strongly preferred.
- Valid AZ driver’s license and fingerprint clearance card.
- Strong communicator with proven leadership, coaching, and training facilitation skills.
