Store Manager Candidate

The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in executing store operations, including

employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.

They assist with recruiting, training, and maintaining a safe, well-stocked environment, ensuring store

security and financial integrity through cash handling, cash register operations, and expense control.

Additionally, they participate in opening and closing procedures, review sales and inventory data to identify

business trends, and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications Include

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of retail practices, inventory, and cash handling procedures
• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform mathematical calculations
• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is advantageous
