Training & Skills: No prior automotive experience needed; comprehensive training provided. Must have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Ability to read and understand training materials, safety procedures, and instructions. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
