Production Associate - Full Time

Role: Production Associate responsible for assembling and manufacturing units in a safe, efficient manner, adhering to standard operating procedures, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Duties

• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Assemble and manufacture automotive components
• Follow safety protocols and problem-solve issues related to quality, safety, and delivery
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and stamina
• Work in various physical positions, including standing, bending, and reaching
• Identify safety concerns and communicate effectively
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior manufacturing experience within the last 5 years
• Ability to stand, walk, lift materials safely, and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and efficiency
• Effective communication skills in English
