Maintenance Technician/Electrician

We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist/Electrician responsible for performing electrical tasks with general supervision.

Qualified candidates will hold a Journeyman license, read blueprints, terminate cables, install and troubleshoot control wiring, and demonstrate experience beyond helper level, particularly in rough-in work.

Key Duties Include

• Installing feeders, wiring, conduit, switchgear, and devices
• Layout, prepare, and execute underground rough-ins
• Troubleshoot motors and controls
• Train apprentice electricians on code, safety, and practices
• Operate power tools, equipment, and company vehicles safely
• Work at heights, in restricted areas, and in various weather conditions
  
  

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license, own transportation
• Journeyman electrical license
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum five years of electrical experience
  
  

Skills Required

• Color recognition, reading schematics, and interpreting blueprints
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to dig trenches, operate equipment, and work safely
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform overhead work
