Handyman Technician

We are growing company seeking a skilled and motivated Handyman Technician to perform a wide range of general construction and maintenance tasks. You will handle various maintenance duties to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the properties we oversee. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on learner who is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their workmanship.

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of your projects and see them through from start to finish.
• Handle maintenance work orders with care and follow through until the job’s done.
• Communicate clearly with team members and tenants or homeowners when needed.
• Lead by example to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

What We're Looking For:

• Working knowledge of carpentry, drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to think ahead and problem solve quickly.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must provide a set of basic hand and power tools
• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or construction preferred.
