Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by suggesting oil change options and additional services based on inspections and manufacturer guidelines.
- Communicate effectively face-to-face, demonstrating interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Support technical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, working overhead, and standing for extended periods.
- Learn and adhere to safety procedures, operational instructions, and training materials.
- Strong communication abilities and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Full mobility with the ability to work with hands overhead and review digital and written instructions.
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
