Full-Time Automotive Technician

Role: The Senior Automotive Technician ensures accurate and efficient vehicle repairs by qualified technicians, maintaining high customer satisfaction and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses vehicles based on certifications and experience.
• Performs repairs outlined on inspection and repair orders with precision.
• Handles complex and heavy-duty repairs.
• Explains technical issues and repair needs to customers and staff.
• Recommends necessary services and documents all recommendations.
• Follows safety procedures and company policies.
• Works flexibly within the shop environment, including safety compliance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician or mechanic experience required or ASE certifications.
• Proficiency with computerized diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; high school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  
  

Skills and Physical Demands: Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and work in variable environmental conditions. Must have good vision and hand coordination, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
