- Work with chemicals safely to uphold pool standards and enforce facility policies.
- Verify and maintain equipment functionality, collaborating with engineering/maintenance teams.
- Support water attractions safety and assist recreation staff with guest service.
- Certification as a Pool Operator or Aquatic Facility Operator.
- Strong communication skills to engage positively with guests, team members, and management.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality.
- Responsible, energetic, and receptive to feedback.
- Capable of working under pressure and handling physical demands, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass respiratory physical and fit tests, and be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Normal vision and hearing are required for chemical testing and safety.
- Experience in recreation or resort settings.
- Pool chemistry or technician background.
- Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese languages is a plus.
