- Train, coach, and develop team members to meet guest service standards and operational goals.
- Plan and prioritize daily/weekly tasks to support sales, inventory, and guest engagement.
- Lead and motivate teams to execute merchandising plans, visual presentations, and safety standards.

- Support store operations, including backroom organization, safety, security, and emergency response.
