Part Time - Deli & Bakery Associate

Role Overview: Responsible for independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. Contributes to store financial health and adheres to safety and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to production plans.
• Package, label, and merchandise products per plan and expectations.
• Stock backroom with rotated, dated products, and coordinate with teams to support store growth.
• Notify management of supply needs and communicate tasks effectively.
• Follow safety, PPE, food safety, cleaning, and guest experience guidelines.
• Assist in other departments as needed and perform additional assigned duties.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma (GED preferred).
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, comprehension, and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to interpret documents and measurements.
  
  

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks in varied environments. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
