Part Time - Deli Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli products to meet company standards for quality, safety, and guest experience. The role contributes to the store’s financial success and collaborates with other departments to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce deli items according to plan
• Package, label, and merchandise deli products
• Stock backroom with rotating and dated products
• Coordinate with team members and notify managers for supplies
• Communicate tasks, recipes, and cleaning procedures
• Follow safety, food safety, PPE, and guest experience guidelines
• Assist with tasks in other departments as needed
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of retail or related experience preferred
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills
  
  

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in a varied environment with exposure to outside weather and noise.
