Role Overview
Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker, providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Assist with setting up and maintaining plan-o-grams and merchandising programs, ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker, providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Assist with setting up and maintaining plan-o-grams and merchandising programs, ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack shipments following store procedures.
- Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays.
- Restock returned and recovered items, and assist with ordering categories.
- Support plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
- Help customers locate products and ensure a clean, organized store environment.
- Operate cash register, process transactions, and handle cash and change accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, including dusting, mopping, and restroom sanitation.
- Assist with store openings and closings, including handling refunds, overrides, and bank deposits.
- Monitor security and cash controls, including supervising cashier accountability and observing store activities via cameras.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation as needed.
