I am representing a leading provider of contract manufacturing solutions for the personal care industry, offering development, formulation, and production services.
Position Overview: We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, drive client acquisition, and strengthen industry relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience within B2B environments within personal care, cosmetics, or related contract manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive client engagement and promote our contract manufacturing services.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the personal care industry.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Manage the design and production of marketing collateral—brochures, trade show materials, presentations, case studies, etc.
- Coordinate company participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 3 years of marketing experience; direct experience in contract manufacturing, personal care, cosmetics, or B2B services necessary.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the personal care industry and B2B marketing.
