We have partnered with a rapidly growing Ophthalmology group in the Midwest to find a high level Chief Operating Officer.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- Based in the Midwest
- 8 years background in high level leadership positions within the Healthcare industry
- Strong background in maintaining relationships with doctors and multi site leadership
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the daily operations of the practices including the budgeting, staffing and compliance responsibilities
- Managing the clinical growth and implementation of new practices into the network
- Responsible for revenues of around $4M ready to grow at rapid pace
