We have partnered with a quickly growing ABA focused therapy provider in the Autism and IDD markets. Due to this companies continued expansion the need for a Clinical Director has arisen.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee clinical operations for in-home ABA services across the state of Indiana
- Ensure staff training & certifications are up to date
- Provide clinical support & handle escalated matters
- Conduct performance evaluations
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- Masters degree in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- 1 years experience as a Clinical Director
- 3 years experience as a BCBA providing program development & supervising RBTs

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
