The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in supporting the Regional Sales Manager(s) – Fire Protection/Water Storage Division to achieve sales goals for Tarsco Bolted Tank's bolted storage systems. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, managing customer relationships, processing quotes and RFQs, supporting sales strategies, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, the Regional Sales Manager, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and an understanding of industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager with preparing and processing high volume quotes, proposals, and sales collateral related to storage silo systems.
- Support sales strategies by coordinating with marketing, engineering, project management, and accounting teams to align on customer needs.
- Maintain and update CRM (NetSuite) with customer data, RFQ status, sales activities, and key interactions.
- Organize and support trade show preparations, customer presentations, and virtual meetings (Zoom/Microsoft Teams).
- Proactively identify and qualify new customer opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and industry research.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Build a rapport with customers to enhance relationships and loyalty.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align sales and promotional activities
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure accurate technical specifications and customer requirements are met.
- Communicate field insights and customer feedback to internal teams to improve products, services, and processes.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
