Compensation
Hourly Pay Range: $31.84 – $46.26 (based on experience)
On-Call Pay: $4.00/hour
Shift Differentials:
Nights: $4.50/hour
Weekends: $1.50/hour
National Certification: $1.50/hour
Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis

Job Overview
HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced CVOR RN to join our open-heart surgical team. In this role, you will collaborate with surgeons and perioperative staff to ensure the highest level of care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. This is a fast-paced and high-pressure environment requiring attention to detail and a strong sense of teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Perform both scrub and circulating duties for open-heart and cardiovascular cases
Maintain sterile environments and adhere to surgical protocols
Provide care before, during, and after surgery
Monitor patients and adjust care plans based on condition changes
Accurately document patient records and follow all regulatory procedures
Participate in department on-call rotations
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of CVOR RN experience in an acute care setting required
Licensure: Florida RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (American Heart Association)
Preferred: CNOR certification and BSN degree
