  • Strong understanding of ACS verification, state trauma system regulations, and registry processes

  • Current BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)

Preferred:

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field

  • TNCC, ATCN, or CEN certification

  • Experience leading trauma performance improvement programs

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $55–$65/hour (commensurate with experience)

  • 401(k) Plan – 100% employer match from 3%–9% based on years of service

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan – 10% company stock discount

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Family Leave

  • Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250/year student loan assistance

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): counseling, financial coaching, and legal support

  • Supplemental Benefits: accident, critical illness, disability, and pet insurance

  • Wellness Resources: Calm app, recognition programs, and professional growth opportunities
