Location: Panama City, FL
Hourly Pay Range: $26.40 – $39.60 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

About the Role
We are hiring experienced and driven Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) team in Panama City, FL. This high-acuity standalone ER offers an engaging and fast-paced environment, requiring strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and a patient-centered approach.
Available Shifts
Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Mixed (Rotating Weekends)
Key Responsibilities
Provide emergency nursing care in a freestanding ER setting
Triage, assess, and stabilize patients of all acuity levels
Collaborate with physicians and the emergency team to deliver efficient care
Respond rapidly to emergent situations and prioritize patient care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions
Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations
Qualifications
3 years of recent acute care ER RN experience (within the last year)
Active Florida RN license or compact license with eligibility
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications required within 90 days of hire
