Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm / Sunday-Thursday every other week
- Will manage 75 - 100 direct reports (float pool nurses)
- Leads and supports performance and quality improvement initiatives, implements evidence-based practice changes, and ensures compliance with professional standards and hospital policies.
- Utilizes critical thinking and technology in decision-making, problem-solving, and integrating new systems to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Provides strong leadership and mentorship, ensures high-quality clinical care, supports staff development, and maintains clear communication and planning for patient care delivery.
- Encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and maintains positive relationships with patients, staff, vendors, and other departments to ensure patient-centered care.
- Demonstrates professionalism, supports ongoing education and development, maintains confidentiality, and upholds ethical standards and organizational policies.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient focused care.
- Computer literacy is required. [Required] - Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word
- Skill and proficiency in applying highly technical principles, concepts and techniques which are central to the nursing profession and is normally acquired through completion of a BSN and/or MSN program. [Required]
Education:
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
- Master's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
- 1 management of charge nurse experience [Required]
- 2 acute care experience [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:
