- Leads the development of a performance improvement culture and competence across the enterprise, including application of process improvement methodologies, change management, and formal project management.
- Ensures senior executive visibility and engagement in the portfolio of performance improvement projects, including the scoping, selection, resourcing, execution, monitoring, and closure of all projects in the PI portfolio.
- Selects, hires, and retains high-performing project managers, process improvement specialists, and leaders to support execution of the PI strategic plan. Partners with market leaders, analytics teams, and other corporate services to identify new, high-value performance improvement opportunities.
- Directs the cost-effective operation of the Performance Improvement function, including preparation and management of budget, department operation plans, policies, and procedures. Oversees administrative and business details, including communication plans.
- Learning – Orientation to continual learning, both formal and informal. Maintains awareness or expertise in emerging trends relevant to Process Improvement and Project Management. [Required]

Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- in Business, Healthcare, or related field
Work Experience:
- 4 of formal management experience [Required]
- 4 years of relevant experience [Required]
- Proven experience in leading performance improvement projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) [Preferred]
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI) [Preferred]
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (CSSBB) [Preferred]
