Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Some experience or familiarity providing support for a graduate program.
Graduate Advising and Student Support
- Advise graduate students on programmatic requirements and academic processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation on graduate students and their academic progress.
- Be knowledgeable in the different platforms used by the University for tracking students’ progress and be able to guide the students in use of these platforms.
- Assist in providing information about admission requirements to potential applicants.
- Circulate information to students pertaining to scholarship opportunities, university announcements, etc.
- Ensure academic affairs has the correct course offering each semester.
- Create a master exam proctoring schedule each semester.
- Assist in scheduling of qualifying exams and assist in administering the exam on the CS campus.
- Ensure availability of proctors for graduate program exams in CS, if requested by faculty.
- Ensure WebAdmit is up to date annually.
- Ensure our website is up to date for prospective students.
- Ensure our college information is updated annually on the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy
- Ensure our program enrollment statistics are kept up to date.
