- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of candidate sourcing and recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of and experience using recruiting techniques to identify talent based on organizational and departmental needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to accurately interpret both verbal and nonverbal cues from candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of employment laws, with solid understanding of legal/illegal pre-employment inquiries and behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Commitment to the mission and vision of Texas A&M Foundation.
- Experience in or knowledge of higher education fundraising.
- Recruiting or HR certifications (i.e. PHR, PRC, CIR, CDR)
- General HR knowledge and experience.
- Results-oriented, quality-driven, and team focused.
- Demonstrate the attributes and behaviors of a Passionate Professional Dedicated to Purposeful Philanthropy.
- Embody the Aggie Core Values and the Foundation Beliefs.
- Contribute to team effectiveness through knowledge-sharing and proactively identifying process improvements.
- Participate in the establishment and attainment of personal, departmental, divisional, and organizational goals and objectives in support of the mission, vision, and goals of the Foundation.
