What we require…
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising or a related field.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate complex situations.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High motivation, proactive approach, and strong work-ethic.
- Commitment to the mission and vision of Texas A&M Foundation
- Master’s degree
- 8 years of experience in fundraising or a related field
- Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), or other comparable certification
- Experience in non-profit organization or higher education sectors
- Knowledge of donor database management systems, preferably Salesforce
- Demonstrate the attributes and behaviors of a Passionate Professional Dedicated to Purposeful Philanthropy.

- Contribute to team effectiveness through knowledge-sharing and proactively identifying process improvements.
- Participate in the establishment and attainment of personal, departmental, divisional, and organizational goals and objectives in support of the mission, vision, and goals of the Foundation.
