Are you compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for caring and energetic Personal Care Aides to support a warm, engaging 35-year-old man with medical fragility and intellectual disabilities.
This role is hands-on, relationship-focused, and deeply rewarding. You’ll work 1:1 or 2:1 depending on the day, helping him stay safe, connected, and involved in daily life. His family values creativity and welcomes your ideas for new activities and outings.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care: bathing, feeding tube, toileting, and transfers
- Assist with mobility (wheelchair use; nonverbal communication)
- Engage him in meaningful activities at home and in the community
- Use or learn to use an iPad for communication and entertainment
- Help with meal prep, hydration, light housekeeping, and routines
- Stay fully present (no personal phone use during shifts)
- Complete daily service notes for review

Shifts Available
- Weekdays: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm
- Weekends: Every other Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Multiple positions available — choose the shifts that work for you!)
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Background check clearance
- Physically able to lift/transfer
- Comfortable with community outings & willing to contribute activity ideas
- CNA preferred but not required — full training provided
