Direct Support Professional – Overnight Awake Staff. Chestnut Hill Area | 11:00 pm–7:00 am
Are you calm, attentive, and dependable overnight? We are seeking Overnight Awake Direct Support Professionals to provide safe, reassuring support for a woman in her 40s with IDD in her Chestnut Hill home.
This role is ideal for someone who is steady, compassionate, and able to provide quiet reassurance during overnight hours.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Ensure safety throughout the night
- Provide reassurance and gentle support if she wakes
- Offer calm redirection when needed
- Maintain a safe, comfortable overnight environment
- 5 - 6 overnight shifts available
Who We’re Looking For
- Calm, patient, and respectful individuals
- Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience
- Experience supporting adults with IDD
- Reliable and attentive overnight
- Able to pass state and federal background checks
- Someone who does not smoke
Compensation - Starting at $20.00 per hour, based on experience and services provided
