Teriyaki Madness is looking for a Front of House Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating an outstanding guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll work directly with owners Matt and Candice Kindred to learn what it takes to lead one of Sheridan's busiest restaurants.

What You'll Do
- Lead shifts with confidence, energy, and a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Coach, train, and develop a team of 5–10 crew members.
- Create exceptional guest experiences, even during our busiest rushes.
- Set the standard for hospitality, communication, and teamwork.
- Help build a positive, high-performing culture where people enjoy coming to work.
- Partner directly with the owners to improve operations and develop your leadership skills.

What We're Looking For
- Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
- Previous restaurant or customer service leadership experience preferred
- Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, controlled (but fun) environment
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Someone who enjoys coaching others and leading by example
