- Greets customers promptly and provides them with friendly customer service
- Take customer orders using point of sale system
- Outgoing personality
- Punctual and reliable
- Assembles customer orders to ensure quality and correctness
- Cash handling and basic math skills a must
- Maintains the cleanliness of the front end of the restaurant
- Quick learner who takes direction well
- Sets team members up for success by performing delegated side work duties
- Handles customer concerns that do not require a manager
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to work for extended hours on their feet
