Duties

- Conduct product demos to educate customers about new or featured items, enhancing their shopping experience
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, organized inventory
- Assist with stocking shelves, rotating products, and managing inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math calculations
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items or premium options to maximize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking orders over the phone
- Support store cleanliness and organization through regular stocking and merchandising efforts
- Engage in product knowledge sharing with customers in bilingual settings to serve diverse clientele effectively
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Supervising experience in retail or customer service environments is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math enhances efficiency on the sales floor
