Overview
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at a local liquor store. This role involves assisting customers, stocking shelves, managing inventory, maintaining store organization, and ensuring a clean and welcoming shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product selection
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
- Receive and organize deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including floors, shelves, and storage areas
- Ensure compliance with all local and state alcohol sales laws (including ID checks)
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous retail or liquor store experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- Wednesday - Sunday evenings
- Part-time opportunity available for weekends
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
