About the role A professional services organization is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Analyst to help drive firm-wide marketing objectives through the effective use of marketing technology, data integration, and analytics.This role will work closely with senior marketing leadership and a centralized marketing team to maximize the use of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), ZoomInfo, and related platforms across digital campaigns, webinars, podcasts, customer journey mapping, and ROI analysis.By partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors, the Marketing Analyst will leverage technology to support and enhance strategic marketing initiatives across the organization.ResponsibilitiesSupport the administration and optimization of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and ZoomInfo, including automation, lead management, personalization, integrations, and email marketingBuild and maintain multi-touch attribution models to measure the impact of marketing channels, create performance dashboards, analyze campaign results, and track customer journeysTrain and support marketing team members on Account Engagement best practices, including automation, data governance, campaign execution, and reportingCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to support marketing initiativesQualifications2 years of experience in marketing technology or digital marketing within a corporate environmentCRM experience required; familiarity with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and ZoomInfo strongly preferredExperience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics is a plusUnderstanding of email marketing best practices and personalization strategiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsHighly detail-oriented, adaptable, and responsiveExcellent time management, communication, and project management skills
