🔍 We’re Hiring: Infrastructure Manager / Senior Systems Administrator (Onsite)
📍 Location: St. Peters, MO (Local to St. Charles area)
🕒 Schedule: Onsite | 10–20% Travel
Join our team as a hands-on technical leader and champion the company’s infrastructure end-to-end! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring junior staff while ensuring uptime, security, and scalability across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage servers, networks, and Fortinet firewalls/switches
✅ Oversee infrastructure across 8 sites and participate in new site setups
✅ Support and mentor junior sysadmin and helpdesk team
✅ Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability
✅ Travel 10–20% (typically one visit per month) – Example: Oversee Atlanta office network setup and rack installation in Q1
✅ Manage internet circuits and telephony systems
✅ Oversee camera upgrades and improvements
✅ Participate in compliance efforts, including policy writing and approvals
✅ Contribute to AI initiatives by collaborating with operations teams on departmental AI plans
✅ Review contracts, attend demos, and present business decisions to the board quarterly
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Hands-on technical leader with broad Microsoft and network infrastructure/ administration experience
✔ Fortinet experience is required
✔ Confident, proactive, and collaborative with junior and support staff
✔ Management/mentorship experience valued over formal management background
✔ Local candidate (no remote option)
