⚡ ENGINEER II – ELECTRICAL
📍 Location: McBee, South Carolina

🔧 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
🛠️ Provide input on the purchase, modification, and enhancement of electrical equipment.
📋 Represent the electrical discipline on cross-functional project teams — write POs and manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned tasks.
📐 Complete engineering and design work related to equipment installation and retrofits.
🔍 Support maintenance teams by troubleshooting electrical equipment and systems.
📌 Take on special projects and other duties as needed.
🎓 REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
🔌 Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting.
⚡ Strong troubleshooting skills for facility power systems and industrial controls wiring.
📶 Experience in industrial networks, PLCs, and HMI systems.
🔧 Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, MCCs, drive systems, and low-voltage distribution.
🧠 Working knowledge of applicable standards and codes (e.g., IEEE, NEC).
📐 Skilled in CAD (3D preferred), plus MS Office and other engineering design tools.
📊 Solid project management skills, including cost and time management for discipline-specific portions.
🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication.
📚 Capable of managing external contractors, consultants, and material vendors.
💡 Able to apply technical engineering principles to support design and fabrication processes.
🚀 Comfortable working independently on complex tasks while collaborating with supervisors or senior engineers.
