This position involves conducting outbound calls to suppliers and vendors to communicate program updates, explain new payment systems, and collect essential information in Salesforce CRM. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to suppliers and vendors on behalf of the client.
- Explain program updates, payment system changes, and transition processes.
- Handle objections professionally and provide clear, accurate information.
- Gather and enter detailed information into Salesforce (CRM) and other systems.
- Navigate multiple browser tabs and systems while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain punctuality, meet daily productivity goals, and follow performance standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance call quality and results.
Requirements/Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of outbound call center or B2B calling experience preferred.
- Strong computer and research skills; ability to copy, paste, and work across multiple tabs.
- Typing speed of 40 WPM minimum.
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
