- Navigate efficiently across multiple computer systems, tabs, and screens.
- Demonstrate exemplary attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
- Maintain confidentiality and the highest standards of customer service.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- 1–3 years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Experience with Yardi or Rent Café software is a plus.
- Strong computer and data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette, with clear verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask while accurately logging notes and handling calls.
