You’ll primarily work from the Tampa office, with occasional travel, driving sales efforts while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities from the Tampa office and support independent sales representatives.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Oversee trade shows, including setup, teardown, and lead generation.
- Conduct client site visits for equipment demonstrations and acceptance testing.
- Utilize SAP CRM to track leads, forecasts, and territory activities.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address customer needs and provide feedback for future product development.
- Build country-specific business plans with international partners.
- Travel internationally approximately 1-2 times per year.
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience (or a combination).
- Proven sales experience within the dental industry is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and demonstrate industrial machinery.
- Based in the Tampa area (local candidates only).
- Comfortable using SAP CRM and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and good credit standing.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
