Job Description:

This role is seeking a candidate with strong construction project management experience. Owner's Rep experience preferred, but not required. Candidate will assist the project Owner Representative with onsite presence and oversight, reporting, coordination and photo documentation. Candidtate will report to the Owner Representative. Candidate must reside in Whitefish, MT or close proximity due to onsite presence requirement. Full-time or part-time potential. Competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Visit jobsite in Whitefish, MT daily
• Report to Owner's Rep
• Provide photo documentation to Owner's Rep
• Provide weekly reports to Owner's Rep
• Coordinate activities with GC, architect, and/or Owner's Rep, as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Owner's Rep Experience Preferred
• Lives in Whitefish, MT, or close proximity
