Residential Construction Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Construction Assistant
Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Project
Manager in coordinating and overseeing all phases of residential construction projects,
ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction. If you have a

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing the day-to-day
operations of residential construction projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure work
progresses according to project plans and timelines.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and help prepare reports for
management and clients.
Support document management, including contracts, permits, change orders,
and daily logs.
Perform regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and
progress.
Communicate effectively with homeowners, architects, engineers, and team
members to address questions and resolve issues promptly.
Assist with procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and inventory
control.
Help manage punch lists and project closeout activities to ensure final completion
meets client expectations.
Qualifications:
3 years minimum experience in residential construction project management support
role preferred.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Be able to deal with people.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction management
software is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and
specifications.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
