POSITION SUMMARY
Halme Construction, Inc. (HCI) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Civil Construction Project Manager/ Estimator. HCI is a well-established civil construction company based in Spokane, WA, with projects ranging from small commercial site development and utility work to large heavy highway, underground utility, and infrastructure improvements.
This position will be responsible for estimating and managing projects of all sizes and scopes. The role requires strong technical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project performance from bid through completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for civil construction projects of all sizes.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Lead project delivery from pre-construction through closeout.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil construction estimating and project management.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency with estimating/project management software.
- Experience with InEight and Bluebeam preferred.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
