What You’ll Do
- Handle back‑to‑back inbound calls in a call center environment
- Support members who may be stressed or worried due to fraud
- Review accounts, identify fraud activity, and take appropriate action
- Use multiple computer systems and dual monitors to document and resolve cases
- Provide clear, reassuring communication while following procedures
- Paid training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Training is classroom and/or virtual and designed to set you up for success
- After training, shifts will fall between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM
- Must be comfortable working some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑call‑volume environment
- Dependable attendance and schedule flexibility
- Comfort working at a computer for most of the day
- Prior call center or fraud experience is a plus, but not required
- Entry‑level opportunity with structured training
