- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Maintain organized filing systems, process paperwork, and perform clerical duties such as proofreading and document management.
- Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping.
- Assist with administrative tasks like filing, copying, scanning documents, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management tools.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills; experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, medical or dental receptionist, or personal assistant is advantageous.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is beneficial but not required.
