- Handle 30 inbound calls, mainly outbound - 40-50 outbound calls (order processing)
- Will take some walk-ins at this office since it is a smaller team and do basic DME order entry
- Basic troubleshooting with Pateints on sleep PAP equipment
- Basic disptaching calls to truck drivers regarding dme equpiment delivery
- Enter and review all pertinent information in EMR system including authorizations and expiration dates
- Communicate with Customer Service and Management on an on-going basis regarding any noticed trends with insurance companies
- Verify insurance carriers are listed in the company’s database system, if not request the new carrier is entered
- Responsible for contacting patient when documentation received does not meet payer guidelines to provide updates and offer additional options to facilitate the referral process.
- Talking with patients and working through referrals, answer all calls and emails in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals

Qualifications
- Customer Service experience
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Healthcare background is a nice to have but not needed
- Ability to problem solve, multi-task and good time management
- Basic computer experience
