What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues accurately and professionally
- Support clients and branch staff with online banking, mobile banking, and loan-related transactions
- Research and resolve account discrepancies, errors, or service concerns
- Proactively assess customer needs and provide account information and transaction support
- Strengthen client relationships by cross-selling banking products and services or referring clients to appropriate sales team members
- Utilize multiple computer systems to gather information, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions
- Contribute to departmental service quality and performance goals
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and all applicable federal and state regulations
- Proven ability to deliver professional, accurate, and high-quality customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent phone and email etiquette
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications at once
- Working knowledge of deposit accounts, banking operations, and related regulations is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Contract-to-hire with long-term stability and growth potential
