Customer Service Representative - Banking/Financial

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues accurately and professionally
• Support clients and branch staff with online banking, mobile banking, and loan-related transactions
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, errors, or service concerns
• Proactively assess customer needs and provide account information and transaction support
• Strengthen client relationships by cross-selling banking products and services or referring clients to appropriate sales team members
• Utilize multiple computer systems to gather information, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions
• Contribute to departmental service quality and performance goals
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and all applicable federal and state regulations

• Proven ability to deliver professional, accurate, and high-quality customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent phone and email etiquette
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications at once
• Working knowledge of deposit accounts, banking operations, and related regulations is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
