Job Title: Sr HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)
Location: Carrollton, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
In this position, you’ll take the lead on service calls that require strong technical judgment. You’ll work hands-on with a wide range of commercial HVAC systems such as:
- Rooftop & packaged systems
- Hydronic equipment (pumps, boilers, heat exchangers)
- VRF/VRV systems (Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, etc.)
- Air distribution equipment (VAVs, AHUs, etc.)
- Specialized or large-scale HVAC assemblies
- Control systems/BAS where applicable
Daily work may include identifying system faults, performing corrective repairs, supporting equipment start-ups, evaluating system efficiency, documenting service findings, and communicating with customers and internal teams.
You may also provide guidance to newer technicians depending on project needs.
⭐ What Makes Someone a Great Fit
- Several years of experience servicing commercial HVAC (not just residential).
- Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults.
- Comfortable working with modern HVAC technologies such as VRF or building controls.
- EPA Universal Certification (required).
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, plans, and equipment documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in outdoor/rooftop environments.
