Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts, sketches, renderings, and presentations.
- Prepare schematic layouts, permit drawings, construction documents, and as-built drawings.
- Use AutoCAD and SketchUp; Photoshop and rendering experience preferred.
- Apply knowledge of building codes, structural systems, and construction methods.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Identify design challenges and develop practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Present design concepts at client and planning board meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of architectural design or construction experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred.
- Strong design, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
