About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Supervise construction crews and subcontractors on-site
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders
- Identify risks and resolve construction-related issues proactively
- Monitor progress and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards
- Oversee project closeout and final delivery
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or superintendent roles
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Experience with construction project management software
- Familiarity with construction contracts and cost management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual required
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Work Environment & Requirements:
- Full-time role with varying hours, including potential overtime and weekend work
- Frequent travel to job sites required
- Work in outdoor and industrial environments (heat, cold, noise, and physical conditions)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Safety-sensitive role requiring strict adherence to safety standards
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
