We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to support the growth of our operations based in York, Pennsylvania. This role will work closely with the General Manager and lead Regional Sales Managers to drive business expansion across a dynamic and competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Regional Sales Managers across North America, including setting budgets, sales targets, and strategic priorities
- Drive business development through direct engagement with key accounts and prospective customers
- Support field sales activities, including customer visits and closing new opportunities
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
- Serve as the primary liaison with headquarters in Italy, coordinating with Back Office, Production, Quality, and R&D teams
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to strengthen the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hydraulics or fluid power, including sales experience
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a sales team
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
